Accomodation rules and regulations
– unless agreed differently, you are supposed to start your accomodation between 2.00 and 4.00 pm,
– at your last day you should leave the apartment before 10.00 am,
– each apartment has at least 1 parking spot at our parking lot,
– smoking is strictly forbidden inside of the building,
– quiet hours are set from 10.00 pm to 7.30 am. In case of repeated violation of quiet hours by exceeding noise may be your stay terminated without refundation.
– pets in apartment are allowed for 50 CZK/night (with payment at the day of your departure),
– refunds for any damaged or lost inventory at the day of your departure,
– cancellation fees set as below:

| Cancellation up to 4 weeks in advance | 70 % of deposit |
| Cancellation up to 5 weeks in advance | 60 % of deposit |
| Cancellation up to 6 weeks in advance | 50 % of deposit |
| Cancellation up to 7 weeks in advance | 40 % of deposit |
| Cancellation up to 8 weeks in advance | 30 % of deposit |
| Cancellation up to 9 weeks in advance | 20 % of deposit |
| Cancellation 9 weeks in advance and more | 10 % of deposit |
